I met King Roald

Well, you've heard of King Roald in the [not very helpful] Varrock Herald, right? He's the king of the kingdom of Misthalin (Lumbridge, Draynor, Al-Kharid, Varrock, Edgeville) who resides in his capitol in Varrock, also known as the Varrock Palace.

Normally, he wouldn't be this easy to find, but I found him right in the palace's foyer. Since he has a whole kingdom to run, he isn't of any help and he doesn't want to talk. Seemed kinda rude.

He's in the foyer right now of the palace (on World 63, at least). Go to the square, head north, and right through the highly guarded doors is the room you will find him in.

I don't know if he's there on other worlds, I'm on World 63 right now and that's where I saw him.

I dont see what the big deal is.Anyone can talk to him,see him,meet,him,and he can be anywhere on ground floor in the castle.And hes in afew quests but idk.I dont get it.

The quest you're thinking of is Demon Slayer... I think. He has one of the keys if I rememeber correctly.
