All RuneScape fans - have you ever wanted to be a member, but your parents won't pay, you don't have enough money, etcetera?

After looking through the RuneScape billing core and finding some loopholes, and collecting bits and pieces from YouTube, I've found the ultimate 100% free, 100% legal way to become a member.

The billing core is currently down, so I haven't tested it yet. But do you want to know what I'm doing? I'm using a free PC-to-phone call VoIP program supported by ads, and you can call for a PIN using the SurfPin phone option for membership. Normally, calling them would add $7 to your phone bill, but the ads paying for your calls on this program will pay for the membership (rotfl). It's that simple! Rather than 7 dollars, the membership will cost you about 7 mere minutes of your time.

As soon as the billing core (membership sign-up page) goes back online, I will try to test it and tell how it goes. If it is successful, I will write up a full guide.

I'll try testing it on my new test account (Talbot574) to make sure nobody gets banned first just in case RuneScape gets suspicious Wink

Rotfl, you're all going to think nerds are so awesome now if you were desperate to get a membership, because it took this nerd right here 2 days to try to find this out.

Yeah, I'm not doing it by hacking or illegally doing it, I'm making advertisers pay for it.

Update:
Well, I'm stuck for 2 nights straight without doing this. We came to Laughlin, Nevada (a mini Las Vegas only half an hour away from where I live) because my mom is in the club for the hotel we're at (Tropicana Express) and got us a free room. It's a nice hotel, pretty worth it. My work is over at my home computer, and you can't download stuff using the hotel's high-speed Internet.

But here's the good thing - I still have access to Waddle World (doy) and RuneScape, so you will see me on later tomorrow.

When I get home on Saturday, I will continue working to ensure free memberships using ad-supported computer-to-phone calls. Wink

I have almost got it!

If anyone can find one of the following:
- free software that can make free calls to 1-900 numbers
- a free texting software that can text to 5-digit numbers (example: text something to 54232) and receive texts and doesn't need a phone number
