Smileygurl, actually that isn't true, you are aloud to believe something but when your beliefs change how you and society acts then you have a problem. Our beliefs are the cause of every problem in this world, this is because people mistake beliefs(myth) for reality(truth). Religions are 1 step worse, they actually teach people to act in a certain way and teach people not to care about this world and to be obnoxious, ignorant, arrogent and rude to everyone who doesn't have the same beliefs they do. Why do you think all religious people are scared of death and of *censored*, it's because relgions trick people into there religion by using fear. This dilludes the person and everyone who is dillusional is irrational and illogical in a way.

We should be looking at how we can fix this world, not how we can get into a higher plain of existance, if you just try and get into the afterlife then you are extremely greedy and only care about yourself and not the other 6 billion people on this planet.

I know a lot about religion, I used to be Christian but once I actually read some of the bible I realised how terrible this god was and that's when I started questioning Christianity, I later leftwhen I found out about how Christianity has no proof and that a mythical book(the bible) cannot be classified as proof that something exists since it first needs proof to prove that everything inside it is completely true.

I could say the same thing about the book Eragon, can you prove me wrong? No because technically there is no proof for Eragon being true so it isn't true, the same is with the bible, there is no proof so you cannot disprove something if there is no proof to disprove.

I don't think you understand what proof is, for proof to be legit it must be 100% true, saying that the bible is true because people recorded what happened is not proof as you could say that about almost any fictional book.

Back in the times Jesus was around, everything was recorded extremely well, according to Roman parchments, Jesus never even existed, the crusification never happened, the whole story is a lie.

Cap'n Christianity is actually just stories from persian religions all put into 1.

If you want i'll post info about the religion that Christianity stole most of its story from, Mithrism. Heres a briefing, Mithra was virgin-born, believed to be god but then later on the son of god, performed miricles, went around with his diciples spreading the word of Mithra, then Mithra was put to death by a religion that opposed Mithism and they put Mithras body in a Temple/Cave and a few days later his body was gone and the large boulder that sealed the entrace was moved.
Ironically he died the same day Jesus supposably died, in the same way, was born on the same day as Jesus(25th December) and in his life did pretty much what Jesus did.

You may say that Mithrism took the story from Christianity but Mithrism was created a few thousand years earlier then Christianity.

Actually I believe I have a better understanding because I have studied religion, you might say you have but really Christianity only shows you the good parts of the bible. Even wonder why in Chruch you always skip hundreds of pages just to find 1 quote? Because in those hundreds of pages are hundreds of quotes which go against everything that Christianity in the 20th century stands for.

I'm not going dirrectly against Chrisitanity, it's just Christianity is the largest religion and one of the worst religions, if noone was religious then the world would be a eutopia.
