I'd like to request one. The game is Sonic Adventure 2: Battle for the Nintendo GameCube, so of course, it doesn't have online play.
Here's exactly what I want it to say (same font, bold/not bold, same line breaks, and I want the size slightly smaller than your example card, the font was Comic Sans MS btw).
